- The Yamabo office development is a four (4) floors building located at QMB road, Elf Bustop Lekki.
We were commissioned specifically for the air-conditioning and fire-fighting systems design and construction supervision.

- Rubix Integrated Services was commissioned by Chevron Nigerian Limited for consultancy services for upgrade of the lodging facility.
The consultancy service which we were commissioned for are Mechanical, Electrical and Architectural services which was successfully completed and implemented by Chevron Nigerian Limited.

- Smile Chuckle and Laugh is a commercial project
located at Lekki Phase one, it comprises of arcade
area, stem class rooms, cinema hall, TV room, music
room, restaurant, theatre room, library and office spaces.
We were commissioned by the client for the full MEP design
i.e HVAC, Plumbing, Fire fighting, and Electrical systems
